Little surfer boys and gals, catch a wave and ride the curl with Bent Boards, Melbourne’s own surf group for GLBTI surfers of all levels and their friends. Learn how to surf or improve your technique with help from our expert gay-friendly coaches. Enjoy lunch by the sea with good vibes and friendly company.
Book in for a lesson, equipment hire or independent surf (lunch included). PLEASE BOOK ONE OPTION ONLY PER PERSON.
Surf Lessons: Learn the basics of surfing or improve your technique with the help of our accredited surf coaches. Lessons last about 2 hours and include board and wetsuit hire if needed. (Cost incorporates casual fee and lunch.)
Equipment Hire: Don't have your own gear? We can arrange surfboard (hard or soft boards) and/or wetsuit hire. Too easy! (Cost incorporates casual fee and lunch.)
Casual/Associate Members: If you've got your own gear and don't need a lesson, then come along and surf independently with us. (Cost includes lunch.)
Annual Members: If you're an annual Bent Boards member surfing independently, then use this option to register yourself in this session. (Cost includes lunch.) Note: If you wish to do the lesson or hire equipment, please register instead via the relevant option above.
Observers: For partners, friends and/or family who wish to chill-out on the beach, watch our antics on the waves and join us for lunch afterwards.
